An openwork band in 18k white gold, formed of repeating double-C motifs that join to make a row of hearts, with a single heart at the front set with pavé diamonds. From Cartier's Hearts and Symbols collection, the C Heart de Cartier design dates to the early 2000s and is no longer in production. Accompanied by its Cartier box and certificate.
