Before you come in
Tell us which piece you would like to see, or describe what you are looking for. We bring it in from the facility, set aside a private room and confirm your time within one business day.
Viewings are unhurried. Handle the piece, ask whatever you like, take as long as you need. There is no obligation to buy, and nothing is held back — you will see the wear, the papers and the service history in front of you.

Toronto or Oakville
Both stores keep a private room for viewings. Bring one piece of government-issued ID, give your name, and you will be taken through.
Brought in for you alone
The collection is catalogued in a secure facility. Your piece travels in for the appointment, most pieces can be at the store within two days.
